The Three Phase Innovations training materials provide the information you need to perform the most commonly used connections and applications, safely and effectively. By utilizing our training materials, users can practice concepts and calculations that are used in the field and make fully-functional electrical connections to three-phase transformer banks.

TRANSFORMER TRAINING CLASSROOM AND ON-SITE MANUALS
Three Phase Innovations offers a full size (11″ x 8.5″) classroom manual, “Mastering Distribution Transformer Connection & Applications”, designed to work in concert with our training models. This classroom manual contains two sections. Section 1 (84 pages in length) covers three phase systems and transformer basics with full diagrams of transformer connections for 3 and 2 bushing transformers. In Section 2, “Mastering Transformer Connections With 4 Bushing Secondary Transformers”, we have included 20 pages of connection diagrams for 4 bushing transformers.
In addition, we offer a condensed, smaller (8.5″x 5.5″) water resistant, all plastic version, designed to fit in the glove box or storage space in your truck for use as a handy field reference no matter whatever weather conditions you might encounter.
POWERPOINT
Three Phase Innovations is proud to offer this electronic book built in a PowerPoint format for transformer training. This e-book contains videos, informative articles, additive and subtractive polarity transformer schematics along with 100 review questions that can be used for quizzes. There are over 250 slides in this e -book for an instructor to pick and choose how the e-book fits their training program.
This PowerPoint presentation is formatted “read only” but the review questions and answer keys are available in PDF format and as Word documents to print out, or use in any form the instructor chooses. The slides are in full color and contain over 13 sections.
There are many details about AC and DC current, basics of transformer components and operation, CSP vs Conventional Transformers, KVA, Impedance, paralleling and banking transformers and many more.

DRY ERASE BOARDS
Our PVC dry erase boards are designed to be used with standard dry erase markers and can be displayed on a tripod or wall. The 16″ x 19″ boards are designed to be used at a desk or table.
INDUCTION TRAINING COILS
Our induction training coils will show exactly how transformers work through mutual induction. Hold the transformer in your hand and see how the primary and secondary coils act upon one another. Complete with an iron core, it allows the apprentice to build a transformer to understand how the components interact making the transformer work efficiently. The full set comes complete, stored in a protective Pelican carrying case.
