Our
SCALE MODEL TRANSFORMER TRAINING EQUIPMENT
Three Phase Innovations’® Rolling Cabinets (which include built-in storage for equipment) and Rolling Tables (with an open full length shelf underneath the table top) are available in two and three pole models, (with either 32” or 36” crossarms). Both models include our 3 Phase Breaker Box which provides the instructor complete control of all possible situations in the classroom.
Training Equipment
Three Phase Innovations’s ® Rolling Cabinets (which include built-in storage for equipment) and Rolling Tables (with an open full length shelf underneath the table top) are available in two and three pole models, (with either 32” or 36” crossarms). Both models include our 3 Phase Breaker Box which provides the instructor complete control of all possible situations in the classroom. Our included Fault Current Reactor, needed for Three Phase and Single Phase applications, is equipped with Voltage and Current meters and monitors the supply voltages and currents of each Phase, protecting students as well as equipment from faults. Single Phase Breakers, included above each transformer (6 with 2 pole and 9 with 3 pole models), act as a cutouts in the field, and feature green lights indicating power to the box and red lights warning the breaker is closed or being back fed from another source. All Primary and Secondary Rods, included with each model, are available in any color needed to meet your specifications. All models are also equipped with locking casters for easy mobility within your classroom or facility .
Our transformers feature engraved markings are Cerrakoted in the color of your choice and configured to fit your exact needs with 1, 2, 3, or 4 bushing on the Secondary Side and include:
- WYE 120V Transformers with Primary Single or Double Bushing Primary Insulators.
- Dual Voltage (120V and 208V) Transformers with Double Bushing Insulators that can easily be changed between voltages by flipping a toggle switch on the side of the can.
- Dual Polarity (Additive to Subtractive) Transformers whose Polarity can be changed
using the toggle switch on the side of the can (the position of the switch corresponds to the Additive and Subtractive nomenclature on the can). - Dual Voltage and Dual Polarity Combination Transformers, configured with toggle switches, in the same can, reducing the need to replace transformers for different training scenarios.
4 Bushing Transformer Secondary Options:
These allow students to put the Secondary Coils in Parallel or Series configuration without opening the can. Industry standards require transformers above 100 KVA to have 4 Bushings. This gives students insight, if or when, they encounter this working with transformers this size.

Our 2 and 3 POLE ROLLING CABINETS are mounted on heavy duty lockable casters. This allows our cabinets to be moved easily around your facility as needed, while offering a sturdy, solid work platform when the locks are activated. Both models are one piece solid wood and feature storage underneath for additional equipment.

Our 2 and 3 POLE ROLLING CABINETS are mounted on heavy duty lockable casters. This allows our cabinets to be moved easily around your facility as needed, while offering a sturdy, solid work platform when the locks are activated. Both models are one piece solid wood and feature storage underneath for additional equipment.
Each pole can easily be fitted with 1, 2,or 3 transformers (without the use of specialized tools), single Phase Breakers for each transformer, and a 3 Phase Breaker Box for complete control of the unit by the instructor.
For additional ease of movement in any classroom, crossarms can be ordered in 36″ widths, for facilities that have bay or double doors, or 32″ widths for classrooms that feature standard inside door openings.
Our 2 pole models can be connected together to create a 3 or 4 pole setup model if so desired.

2 Pole Table With or Without Built-In Fault Current Reactor
We offer our quartz top, two (2) Pole Tables either with or without a Built-in Fault Current Reactor and can be ordered with the 2KVA Transformer, 3 Phase Transformer, and our Phase Converter on the bottom shelf if you do not have a 120/208V 3 phase feed.

Our custom built tables & cabinets feature composite or quartz tops, include poles and 32″ or 36″crossarms, up to 3 transformers per pole with the voltages and polarities you specifiy. Lockable casters insure mobility and steady work areas when locked. Tables can be linked creating 3 or 4 pole setups if desired.

3 Phase Breaker Box
The 3 PHASE BREAKER BOX gives the Instructor full control of the training model. The device is mounted on the Riser Pole and will control all 3 Phases of the model. It is equipped with GREEN lights indicating power to the box and RED lights indicating the breakers are closed or being back fed from another power source.

Single Phase Breaker Box
Each Transformer on the model has a SINGLE PHASE BREAKER attached to the Cross Arm. The breaker is a safety device and is used as an open point at each Transformer Bank. Each Breaker is equipped with a GREEN light to indicate there is power to the Phase, and a RED light to indicate the breaker is closed or is being back fed from another power source.

Our Dual Voltage / Dual Polarity Transformers allow you to select either 120V or 208V as well as Additive or Subtractive Polarity, to suit your instructional needs at any given time.

Custom Dry Erase and Padded Table Top Covers
To enhance the utility of our table and cabinet tops we offer both Custom Cut and Printed PVC DRY ERASE BOARDS and nonslip PADDED TOP COVERS. Both can be printed to your specifications with pages from our manuals, work sheets, wiring diagrams, your logo, etc. Basically, whatever you need to help your students or promote your brand. Dry Erase and Padded Covers can be used together on our 3 pole models if desired.
Three Phase Conversion Kit
The 3 PHASE TRANSFORMER will regulate the 3 Phases from the Power Converter. The Output voltages will be 120V Phase to Ground and 208V Phase to Phase. The 3 Phase Transformer plugs into the Fault Current Reactor. (V)

The PHASE CONVERTER takes the Single Phase 240V input and converts it into a 240V 3 Phase Delta simulated 3 Phase Power Supply to run the training model. The Power Converter also has a built-in rotation meter to check rotation at your facility’s power supply. This in turn powers the 3 Phase transformer with a 240 V input.

The 2KVA TRANSFORMER is designed to take a 120V outlet and convert it to 240 Volts. The 240 Volts is needed to run the Power Converter. NOTE: The 120V outlet cannot be a Ground Fault outlet.
Single Phase Application
If your facility does NOT contain 120/208V 3 phase feed, this model has the equipment needed to convert a 120V or 240V Single Phase Outlet into a simulated 120/208V power supply. The FCR is sold separately from the model itself. The 120V conversion consists of a 2KVA Transformer, a 240V Power Converter, and a 3 Phase Transformer. The 240V conversion will not need the 2KVA Transformer.

Fault Current Reactor (FCR)
Three Phase Application
If you have 120/208V power supplied to your facility, our FAULT CURRENT REACTOR is the only piece of equipment needed for safety. The FCR will monitor and protect your equipment as well as your personnel. The FCR wil instantly alert the instructor of a fault on the transformer bank and monitor the supply voltage. The FCR is needed for the Three Phase or Single Phase Application. The receptacle required to connect to the Training Model is as follows: (Hubbell 30A 3 Phase Y120/208VAC 4 Pole 5 Wire Grounding).
